We’re only a couple of days away from our Friday Night WOD!
Here are the details!
We are going to have 3 divisions of teams. Rx Male Team, Rx Female Team, Scaled Team(two males or two females or one male/one female; your choice).
The Rx Teams will compete in 3 events.
Scoring will be be based on teams performances are ranked and there is one point per place awarded(one for first, two for second, three for third, etc).
Event 1: 6 minutes to establish 1 rep ME Snatch (Squat)
Partner 1: 3 attempts total; 1 attempt at 0 min, 2 min, 4 min mark
Partner 2: 3 attempts total; 1 attempt at 1 min, 3 min, 5 min mark
Scoring: Total weight for successful lift.
Standard: Barbell starts from the ground, hips must break below the knees
Event 2: Relay!
7 OH Squats (95/65)
Scoring: Total time(reps if hit time cap); 5 minute time cap
Standards: Partner 2 cannot begin work until partner 1 completes OH Squats and steps on finish mat.
Event 3: Get to the Chipper!
500 m row and 100 double unders (each)
50 hang power cleans (135/75) (total)
150 wall balls 10 ft target (20/14) (5 rep penalty if ball touches ground) (total)
50 burpees (total)
Scoring: Total Time; 18 minute time cap.
Standards: Both partners must complete the 500 m row and 100 double unders and can work simultaneously; For the rest of the event, both partners will complete total reps, but only one person may work at a time. 50 power cleans; 150 wall balls; 50 burpees.
Event: Get to the Chipper!
500 m Row (each)
50 box jump overs (20 inch) (total)
40 wall balls (14/10; 10 ft/9 ft target) (total)
100 ft partner carry
Scoring: Total Time and total reps; 18 minute time cap.
Standards: Both partners must row the 500 meters before moving on to the next task. Tasks must be completed before moving on to next task.
