We have a few schedule updates for July 2014.

We will be closed Friday, July 4th and Saturday, July 5th. We will reopen at 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 6th for Jordan’s Oly Class. If you want to get a WOD, here’s one for each day.

July 4th – CLOSED

50 air squats
Run 600 meters
50 push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 sit-ups

50 burpees

July 5th – CLOSED

July 6th – Open at 2:00 pm

Float Trip

CrossFit COMO’s inaugural float trip(thanks for planning, Ashton!) is on Saturday, July 19th, while many of us are attending, we’re still planning on keeping the box open. We’ll confirm as the date gets closer. However, Sunday, July 20th we will be closed.
