CrossFit COMO is proud to announce the inaugural CrossFit COMO 30 Day Nutrition Challenge! You’ve asked for it and now it’s here.

We will be kicking off with an introductory session and to lay out all of the details on Sunday, May 18 at 3:30 pm!

Registration will be $20, you can register on WODTogether at this link ( or in the gym on the sign-up form.


Here are the quick details of the challenge.
The challenge will be a 30 day clean eating/paleo based reset of our body. Our goal is to make this challenge as simple to follow as possible. we will lay out exactly what to eat, how to prepare it, and what foods to avoid. Our goal is to see how improving nutrition can improve your health, body composition and training. To do this, we will be testing a couple of physical benchmarks, taking a few measurements, and logging our nutrition for the entire month.

By registering, you will have access to a variety of resources to keep on track.

– A day-by-day guideline of what to expect during the next 30 days

To help keep everyone motivated and accountable, we will have a private online support facebook page to walk you through the steps, answer any questions, and keep everyone on track.
