Before I was soft, would go on a “diet” every Monday and would maybe workout once a week.. maybe. Now I am gaining muscle, I have a ton of energy and I feel like a brand new person.

What’s your favorite CrossFit COMO memory?
I have made new friendships, I am not afraid of my weaknesses anymore because I am working on them without shame, and everyone there is so supportive.
What goal are you currently working towards?
Eventually I would like to see at least a 4 pack but currently I am working on my upper body strength. Ready to make this 40 thing the best!
Any advice for people just getting started or new to CrossFit?
Don’t be intimidated by any of it, the only person that you are competing against is yourself. Let your guards down be you and have fun. You will see nothing but results.
