What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CrossFit COMO?
-I started 3 months post baby and was at the bottom of my barrel in fitness and body. Although I felt I wasn’t changing I took photos of my progress and though my weight loss did not drastically change, my body shape had. I now feel in control of my body & working out is something I enjoy, not regret.

Any advice for people just getting started or new to CrossFit?
Take photos of yourself when you start. At 3 months or so when you hit a wall, take the same photos and compare them. Don’t weigh yourself if you can help it. Muscle weighs more than fat & you will gain muscle. Start with small goals, like “get to the gym” then move to “complete WOD” or “add a little more weight” and so on. Remember, you are your own person. Your goals are not the same as others. Yes some things look impossible, but if you stick with it, you too will be doing the impossible. Every day is an opportunity to improve. Every WOD you complete is a victory. The best part about CrossFit COMO is you are never in it alone.
