Well I’ve definitely seen a positive change in my muscle tone! I also have seen a distinct change in my eating habits. Before I took one of our nutrition challenges, I hardly ever ate vegetables…but now I try not to go a meal without them!!

What’s your favorite CrossFit COMO memory?
Unfortunately one of my friends that I started CrossFit COMO with has since had to move away, but I think some of my best memories were made with her and when she’s able to come back and visit!
What goal are you currently working towards?
I’m working on shedding a few pounds and getting to wear I don’t need to scale my pullups!
Any advice for people just getting started or new to CrossFit?
Slow and steady wins the race. Don’t try to push yourself too hard at the beginning. Piling on a bunch of weight at the beginning isn’t going to help you prove yourself. Work on your technique and form first! Take the advice the coaches give you and work on it every time. You’ll get there!
