What’s your favorite CrossFit COMO memory?
I love it all. The CrossFit COMO Formal was a blast. My 5am workout is my favorite part of the day and I love my fellow-athletes. 5am is the best place.
What goal are you currently working towards?
Currently, I’m trying to be fit before 30! #FitBefore30 I’m not totally sure what that means, but I have a deadline of OCtober 30th, 2016. Essentially, I’m losing weight.
Any advice for people just getting started or new to CrossFit?
Take your time and breath — mentally and physically. You can do it — maybe not perfectly, but it’s a process. It’s time to get started. (You should also not eat excessive amounts of carbs and/or cake, but you knew that already.)
