Since starting at CrossFit COMO, I have been incredibly healthy (never sick), have increased my energy level, lost inches and toned just about every muscle in my body!

What’s your favorite CrossFit COMO memory?
My favorite CrossFit COMO moments are by far the open – I did things I never thought I could do, got to build relationships with other members and was able to show my family how hard I’ve been working.=)
What goal are you currently working towards?
I meet with my primary coach next week so I’ll let you know what my goals are – right now I’d have to say a Muscle-Up.
Any advice for people just getting started or new to CrossFit?
My advice for people getting started would be to give it your all, don’t compare yourself to anyone, be vulnerable and have fun.
