What brought you to CrossFit?
I was ready for something new in my life and just tired of regular gyms. When it came to fitness I was stuck in a rut.
What was your first impression?
First impression was ” this looks fun… how hard could a 10-15 minute work out be?” But with a quickness it turned into holly crap what was I thinking!? It is better now, I no longer take any work out for granted =).
What’s been your biggest accomplishment?
Doing a bar muscle up!
What are you working on now?
Working on trying to do a ring muscle up.
What’s your favorite CrossFit COMO memory?
My favorite memory would be everything about crossfit como and how it has changed my life up to this point… The amazing trainers, atmosphere and every day challenge of learning new things! Hard work does pay off and I hope to be able to do this for years to come!
